Misa Cigoj and Anna Matus dance together

Misa Cigoj has a new partner. He will dance with Anna Matus from Moldova and they will represent Slovenia. Here they are on their first practise.
Misa with partner Alexandra Malai were the Slovenian Amateur 10 Dance (Ballroom - Latin) champions and medallists in Standard and Latin national championships. They represented Slovenia at both IDSF European and World Amateur 10 Dance (Ballroom - Latin) and IDSF World Amateur Standard (Ballroom) championships. They split up soon after receiving the title of IDSF World Amateur 10 Dance (Ballroom - Latin) vice-champions. In 2005 Misa, and his then partner Anastazija Novojilova, were crowned the IDSF World 10 Dance (Ballroom - Latin) champions for the third time, not counting their IDSF World Youth 10 Dance (Ballroom - Latin) title. Indeed, the number of titles won by this couple is hard to count!!
Anna split with Yevgen Kashkovskyy last December - they were a strong 10 Dance (Ballroom - Latin) partnership but also strong in each style. They were Moldovian Amateur Latin champions and the silver medallists of the Amateur Standard (Ballroom) national championships. They represented their country at the IDSF World Amateur 10 Dance (Ballroom - Latin) Championship and got to the semifinal.
Misa and Anna let us know that they are now working hard to prepare for the national Slovenian Amateur Standard championships at the end of January. Good luck!
